Coach Tom aka The Dogfather – If seen call 555-WOOF

Our terrier-ific lifters – T, Luis, Jimmy, Andy, Anthony, RJ, Guion and Mai-Lin – and doggone grrreat coaches – Eryn, Gabe, Josh and Anjelica – gathered for the final Rude Rec practice before Regionals. The Dogfather was missing, having bassett-ness to attend to, but the rest of the team managed to corgi on.

The workout was light since Regionals are only days away and our lifters need to save their strength for the com-pup-tion. As practice ended, a storm rolled in and, while it wasn’t fur-ocious, it did make the drive home a bit more re-bark-able.
