The Rude Dogs marched into the gym,
With spirits not distant or dim.
At M+M’s place,
They picked up the pace,
And loaded the plates to the brim.

The Rude Dogs met at M+M for the first Mighty Mutts practice of 2026! Our terrier-ific lifters Jimmy, Thomas, Jack, Robert, Mai-Lin, RJ and Luis met with the fur-endly neighbor-hound coaches of M+M for a paw-some practice.

It was exciting to see the returning coaches – owner and head coach Amanda, coaches Josh and Adam – along with all the new faces at M+M – Anthony, Colleen, Aspen, CC and Jacquelyn!

Parking was easier to find since M+M’s new location has its own barking lot! The new facility is also brighter, bigger and has better climate control. Our lifters made good use of the fur-cility and everyone had a grrrreat time!

Our next practice will be at Rude Recreation on March 3rd.

Our next M+M practice will be Thursday, March 12th.
