Our fur-bulous lifters and doggone grrrreat coaches gathered for our second practice at our paw-ffice at Rude Rec.

Lifters Ryan, Luis, T, RJ, Jimmy and Mai Lin joined our coaches – The Dogfather, Gabe, Eryn and Rebekah – for an evening of paw-erful and re-bark-able lifts. Everyone had a fur-tastic time!

During practice, our coaches were approached by others at the gym who complemented our T-shirts, who were interested in coaching and one who remembers our team practicing there for years. Rude Dogs is definitely pup-ular with the locals!

Our next Rude Rec practice will be March 18th!
