We welcomed a lot more people back for our second practice of the season. Two new coaches – Dan and Austin – joined the group along with two new lifters – Joe and Jerry. Zach was in the Golden Chair and a terrier-ific time was had by all. Our coaches helped everyone make paws-ative progress and we will be seeing some personal bests soon. Team Moms Dorothy and Vera helped with cardio and our pup-arazzo David took photos. WOOF!
