It is always grrrreat when we get together for practice. Coaches Tom, Anjelica, Austin and Lev gave everyone Frise-tastic workouts. We did a lot of cardio and targeted mutt-scle building. RJ was in the Golden Chair. Thanks to Team Moms Dorothy and Vera for their help. We hope to see everyone again next week – same dog time, same dog location. WOOF!
