The Rude Dogs 2025 Season got pup and running as our terrier-ific lifters and doggone grrrreat coaches gathered at Rude Rec fur our fur-st practice of 2025!

Lifters Luis, T, Jimmy and Mai Lin, along with The Dogfather and coaches Jonathan and Gabe, were happy to be back in the gym pup-ing iron and spending time with fur-ends.

T started the season strong with a PR of 150 in the bench press!

With Regionals already on the hound-rizon our lifters need to stay paws-ative and per-fur-m grrrreat lifts. We are well on our way to raising the WOOF!
