Our paw-some Mighty Mutts lifters – Jimmy, T, Luis, Mai Lin, RJ, Zach, Andy and Andrew – traveled pup-town to the fur-miliar surroundings of Muscle+Mindset for their fur-st practice of 2025!

M+M’s fur-endly neighborhood coaches got right to work. Re-fur-ning coaches Amanda, Adam, Renee, Josh and Joe were joined by New for 2025 coach Nick. (New for 2025 coaches Will and Allison will be joining us next practice.)

Our lifters showed a grrrreat deal of paw-ssion and pug-sistance as they worked on their lifting fur-m in all three lifts. They are looking fur-ward to Regionals!

The next M+M practice will be March 20th.
