The weather was significantly warmer, and there was a lot less snow (well, none at all) as our terrier-ific lifters and doggone grrrreat coaches gathered at our paw-ffice – Rude Rec – for practice.

Lifters Luis, Andy, James, Mai-Lin, Jack, Anthony, Che, Thomas and Ryan worked with coaches Jonathan, Jake, Natalie and Sam on re-bark-able lifts. A few PRs were attempted but, un-fur-tunately, were missed. They’ll get them next time!
