2021 State Games

State 2021 is in the books and the Rude Dogs really RAISED THE WOOF!  To say that we achieved our goals and brought home the hardware doesn’t begin to describe our day!  Everyone worked hard, did their best, cheered each other on, and had a great time competing with our friends!   …and of course, we brought the Rude Dog Paw-Tay to State!

The Rude Dogs took home a trunk-load of medals, achieved a Rude Dog Record 10 Personal Bests…and….wait for it…first-year lifter Tania set a new Colorado State Record in Deadlift lifting 275lbs!!!  WOOF, TANIA!!!!

It was so rewarding to see all of our hard work pay off at STATE!!

Congrats to the Rude Dog 2021 Powerlifting Team!  YOU ARE TRULY THE ULTI-MUTT!!!  WOOF!  WOOF! WOOF!

Special thanks to the Renouf family, Jesse Branham, Super-MC Chris, the wonderful people at SOCO, and all of the volunteers for making State possible!

And the Rude Dogs themselves wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and DOG-di-CA-TION of Coaches Anjelica, Jon, Gabe, Lauren, Nate, and Mike, Assistant Coach Big Show, Volunteer Vera, Pup-parrazo David, and our beloved Rude Dog Mom Dorothy!   THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR OUR TEAM!

And last but not least, thank you to the Denver Athletic Club for letting us train in your crossfit gym (aka the DogHouse!) all season!

WOOF! WOOF! WOOF!
