Three days ago, our terrier-ific lifters were at Greeley West per-fur-ming paw-some lifts.

With State Games only two months away, our lifters – Andy, Che, Jack, Jimmy, Luis, Thomas, Anthony, Ryan and Mai-Lin – and our doggone grrreat coaches – Jake, Jonathan, Sam and Anjelica – met at the paw-ffice to continue improving their lifts.

Even after the fierce com-pup-tition in Grrrrreeley, our lifters had a lot of paw-er.

Ryan set a PR in the bench press of 120 lbs!

Che set a PR in the bench of 110 lbs!

Jack set a PR in the bench of 140 lbs after setting a PR at Regionals!

Our lifters will be su-paw-stars at State!
