The Rude Dogs were mutt-ivated as they gathered for practice at Rude Rec.

Our terrier-ific lifters – Jimmy, Ryan, Andy, Anthony, Luis, Thomas, Mai-Lin and RJ – and doggone great coaches – Sam, Natalie, Rebekah, Josh and Jonathan – had a paw-some time!
