Welcome to 2026 – the 24th Season of the Rude Dogs!

Our terrier-ific lifters and doggone great coaches met at our paw-ffice – Rude Recreation Center – for the first practice of 2026. Returning lifters Che, Luis, Anthony, Andy, Jack, Robert, RJ, Mai-Lin, Ryan, Jimmy and Zach welcomed new lifter Thomas. Our returning coaches Josh, Jonathan and Rebekah welcomed new coaches Natalie and Sam. It was a grrrreat turn out for our first practice.

Our lifters quickly got back into the swing of things – getting the Bark Side off to a grrrreat start!
