This year, the terrier-ific people at Muscle + Mindset – Denver’s Premier Private Barbell Club – have volunteered to work with members of the Rude Dog team. These paw-some coaches met with several of our athletes for an hour of one-on-one training in technique and form. The athletes definitely made some new fur-iends. Thanks to Amanda, Joshua, Renee and Junior for offering us their facility and their time.
