Our Alpha Dog – Coach Tom – was traveling and was away from the paw-ffice this week. But we doggedly continued on as we continue to prepare for Regionals. Marlene got a personal best in the bench press then turned around and got another one while Mai-Lin was in the Golden Chair. Thanks to Team Moms Dorothy and Vera for their help. WOOF!
