The plates started clanking with glee,
As the Dogfather finished his spree.
The vacation is done,
Now the lifting’s begun,
At the Rude Rec for all folks to see!

There was much rejoicing as the Dogfather returned from his travels to Collie-fornia! During his trip, he rode a total of 350 miles without seeing even one celebrity.

Our lifters – Andy, Anthony, Luis, Ryan, Mai-Lin, Che, Robert, Jack, Thomas and James – worked with our doggone grrreat coaches – Jonathan, Sam, Natalie, Josh and Jake – paw-forming paw-some lifts!

Ryan set a PR of 115 in the bench!

Robert set a PR of 240 in the deadlift!

Andy set a PR of 160 in the bench and followed that with a second PR of 170!

We are just over one week away from the Regional meet at Greeley West High and our lifters are looking fur-tastic!
