The Rude Dogs returned to the fur-miliar surroundings of Rude Recreation Center, our original paw-ffice. The Dogfather and our doggone great coaches got right to work, helping our terrier-ific lifters work toward Regionals, which are only a month away.

We got to see some old fur-ends while welcoming new lifters and coaches.

Lifters T, Zach, RJ, Mai-Lin and Luis were joined by Jerome and Ryan.

Coaches Anjelica, Jonathan, Gabe and The Dogfather were joined by Kate and Rebecca.
