It was a dark and stormy night as our paw-some lifters and doggone grrreat coaches made their way to our fur-miliar paw-ffice – Rude Rec – for shelter from the storm. And to practice, they were there to practice, of course!

Lifters Jack, Robert, James, Luis, Thomas and Ryan worked with coaches Jonathan, Anjelica, Tom and Rebekah as they got ready for the State com-pup-tition.

Our lifters are looking fur-bulous and showing pug-sistance and will definitely be ready for the State Games.
