With only fur days until our Regional meet, our terrier-ific lifters – Luis, Robert, Jack, Andy, Anthony, Mai-Lin and Jimmy – worked with our doggone grrrreat coaches – Jonathan, Rebekah, Anjelica, Josh, Sam and Natalie – on commands and form.

A few lifters “jumped” commands (started moving the bar before a command had been given) and there was some foot movement but, by the end of the practice, most of these errors were gone.

Our lifters are looking paw-some and are going to bring their beast to Regionals!
