After a paw-some time at Regionals, where our lifters per-fur-med terrier-ific lifts, our lifters – Alan, Anthony, Luis, RJ, Jimmy, Mai-Lin and Ryan – and our coaches – Josh, Anjelica, Jonathan and the Dogfather returned to our fur-miliar paw-ffice – Rude Rec Center – for practice.

We welcomed two new members to the Bark Side this evening when lifters Che and Jack joined the Rude Dogs! The Dogfather worked with them and it won’t be long before they are pup and running with the rest of the pack!

With the State Games only two mutts away, everyone was paws-atively eager to get back in the gym to gain strength and work on their lifts while aiming for more mastiff PRs. We need to be ready to unleash the beast mode at State!
