Our lifters – Luis, Jimmy, Andy, Anthony, T, RJ, Mai-Lin, Ben, Jack and Robert – met for one last practice at Rude Rec before the 2025 State Games. The Dogfather and coaches Josh, Anjelica and Jonathan worked with our athletes fine tuning their lifts and working on the collie-mands they will hear at State.

They per-fur-med paw-somely and are definitely ready to face their com-pup-tion.

T set a PR in the deadlift, lifting 345 lbs!

This is the last Rude Rec practice of the 2025 season. We will not have a practice on June 3rd.

We want to thank Derek and the rest of the staff at Rude Rec for hosting us in 2025! We will return in 2026!
